1) Copyright

a. All images produced by Paul Harris are copyright © Paul Harris in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988

b. Paul Harris asserts his moral right to be identified as the author of his work.

c. Work is defined as photographs including digital images, photographic services, associated copy or captions and standalone copy.

2) Licensing

a. Work is licensed only for the purpose(s) and duration specified on the original order and never more than 12 months from date of supply.

b. Any licence granted is not transferrable under any circumstances without prior agreement of Paul Harris Photography.

c. Any licence granted is automatically revoked if the agreed terms and conditions are not adhered to.

3) Ownership

a. All work supplied is the property of Paul Harris and is supplied to a single order for the specific agreed purpose set out in the original order.

b. You may not transfer, assign or distribiute any work supplied to you to any other company, persons or publications either internal or external
11 without prior written permission from Paul Harris Photography.

c. You agree to be legally and financially liable for any misuse or unauthorised publication of work supplied to you arising from your failure to
11 adhere strictly to section (2) (a) above.

4) Payment

a. All fees and disbursements for goods or services become payable once an order by an authorised person has been recieved and work or
11 services have been supplied or carried out in accordance with the original order.

b. Payment shall be made within 30 days of publication or supply unless prior arrangements have been agreed.

c. Unpaid invoices are subject to The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

5) Disputes

a. By entering into a contract with Paul Harris/Paul Harris Photography you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

b. Any disputes will be resolved under UK Jurisdiction and UK law.
